1. How about the Delivery time?
Samples: about 3-7 days.
Mass order: It is related to order quantity. Usually about 25 days after receipt of payment.

2. What kind of payments do you support?
T/T, L/C at sight and Cash are accepted.

3.What's the MOQ?
MOQ is $3000 each order and different products can be combined together for one order. But each product in the order at least 1 carton.

4.Do you charge for the samples?
Small quantity Samples free of charge but freight collected. Usually customers provide their courier account like UPS, DHL, Fedex or TNT for freight collect.

5. Can you produce according to customers' design?
Yes, OEM and ODM are both available.
1) Your logos can be printed or molded on the products ;
2) Customized products with your design ;
3) Customized packages like color box;
4) Any your idea on product we can help you to design and put it into production.

6. What about your after Sale Service?
1) All products are strictly quality inspected before packing.
2) All products are well packed before shipping.

7. What about the shipping?
Usually by air, by sea or by courier.
If the trade term is C&F, CIF, DDP, we arrange shipping.
